- Future Services Network - 'putting consumers at the heart of public service reform'... The Future Services Network is a coalition of the CBI, ACEVO and the NCC, based on the following 6 principles: 1. The public needs a voice in public services 2. We need flexible public services that respond to people’s needs 3. Many services could be delivered in new ways, such as by voluntary organisations or private companies 4.
